Job Description:

Responsible for implementing revenue management techniques within a specific hotel to optimize revenue in line with hotel strategies, brand marketing, and customer demands.

Ensure all revenue management processes are effectively implemented at the hotel, aligning with the General Manager's strategy on a daily basis, updating plans, quoting groups, and notifying the General Manager of any deviations from the strategy.

Assist in achieving and surpassing the hotel's operational revenue budget.

Support the General Manager in formulating strategy through proper analysis and collaborate effectively with the implemented revenue management system. Implement strategy based on daily recommendations in distribution channels, and provide additional recommendations for optimization.

Communicate booking quality processes and ensure correct data input into the Property Management System (PMS) to the reservation and front office teams.
