Leading earthmoving equipment supplier requires an experienced Field Service Inspector with earthmoving equipment industry experience. Individual must be a Diesel Earth Moving Artisan / Auto Electrician and have a minimum of 4 - 5 years relevant working experience. This position is based in Middelburg.

Auto electrical experience on Earthmoving equipment + 5 years earth moving mechanical experience

Must have worked as a Field Service Technician

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, the technician performs tasks in the electrical and mechanical field including Maintenance, Servicing, Component change out, Repairs, Rebuilds and Troubleshooting on related Earthmoving equipment

Facilitates efficient technical, engineering and after-sales service to customers

Diagnoses, overhauls, repairs, tunes, maintains and service diesel powered Earthmoving equipment and machinery in the field as well as in the workshop

Prepares and submits detailed field reports
