They are looking for well presented, well spoken person to work in their reception area. Are you bubbly and well organised? Are you punctual? Are you systematized? Are you based on the East Rand? Do you have your own transport? This position is for you! Duties will include: - Running of reception / frontline area - Answering of telephones - Data capturing - Welcoming visitors and solving their problems. - Managing security and telecommunications systems. - Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time Mast have: - Grade 12 - Clear crim record - Excellent telephone skills and communication. - Excellent computer skills. - Fully proficient in word, excel and outlook. - Strong admin skills - Attention to detail.
