Job Description

Our client is a leading commercial and industrial real estate agency based in Bunbury that provides a full host of real estates services. Working closely with a qualified and experienced Sales and Leasing Agent, learning all aspects of the role to effectively list, negotiate and sell/lease commercial and industrial property whilst providing additional support to the Agency department.
• Preparing documentation including via REI Forms ie: Offer to Lease, Heads of Agreement or Letter of Intent and arranging for signing
• Prospecting for new business and following up of all leads and referrals in a timely manner
• Conduct appraisals on properties and prepare appraisal letters/submissions for both sale and for lease
• Finding properties for clients

Qualifications
• An Interest and passion for Real Estate
• A current real estate license (highly desirable)
• A Drivers license and reliable vehicle
• The ability to deal with strong personalities
