Desktop Support Analyst
• Role based in Singleton and Singleton Heights offices

About the Role :

As a Desktop Support Analyst with Coal Services, you will be responsible for delivering technical support to internal users and will be part of a team that is the primary contact point for a range of different business units and their users for issues, requests and incidents.

Onsite support will be required for primary region and remote (occasionally on-site) support for secondary regions.

Key responsibilities include :
