Job Summary

The Accounting Manager works closely under our Director of Finance. The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the accounting team in their respective functions in order to ensure accurate and efficient accounting processes and timely production of requested financial reports to the Director of Finance, in compliance with the defined accounting policies, procedures, and controls. It is expected for the Accounting Manager to be knowledgeable of the full accounting process (AR, AP, GL, bank reconciliation, etc.). The Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring that policies and procedures are correctly implemented by the Accounting team, and to communicate and ensure implementation of any processes to the rest of the organisation, as deemed necessary.
