Pat Loftus Construction is plans to hire an experienced working foreman for housing projects based primarily in Roscommon (Elphin, Boyle, Strokestown, Roscommon) and Ballinasloe Co. Galway.

The successful candidate will manage the daily construction activities including resource planning, productivity, coordination of site health and safety and ensuring the quality of workmanship.

The role is ideally suited to an experienced foremen with relevant residential and public building experience.

Responsibilities include;
• Responsible for the day to day operations of site(s).
• Responsible for management of the construction site, including sub-contractors.
• Drives productivity across all teams (direct staff) and sub-contractors
• Quality control on site activities. Quality monitoring.
• Oversee the running of site with regards to health & safety.
• Efficient communication with teams onsite and management regarding project needs.
