The position

Duties will partly depend on your skills and interests, but will initially involve upkeep and further development of existing bioinformatic pipelines. The analyses will be carried out on GPUs and part will consist of data processing and visualization in order to facilitate interpretation and, in some instances, clinical reporting. The work will be carried out with in close collaboration with clinically active staff and with Genomic Medicine Sweden.
