We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of our financial management and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

2. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

3. Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including preparation of financial statements and analysis of variances.
