Designation: AssistantManager / Manager

Function: Sales & Marketing.
Location: Sehore(MP) & Khargone(MP)

Key Role & Responsibilities:

100% Achievement of allocated Branch Sales Target.

85% Productivity per RM to be Maintained.

NPA shouldbe below 2% of total portfolio beyond the service.

NPA should be below 1% of created portfolio during the service.

97% 12 MOB collection

100% Manpower Availability to be maintained.

90% Retention ratio to be maintain.

Empanelment of 5 new connectors (Not DSA) in a month.

Manage both internal & external channels for business expansion& development.

Coordination with other departments like Credit, and Operations forprocessing of loans till final disbursement and ensuring smooth servicing andoperations.

Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing thebusiness and managing overdue collections.

Desired Candidature:

Responsible for P/L of the branch.
