The Back Office BSS Engineer plays a crucial role within the Network Operation Center (NOC) team, responsible for Level 2 network operations and maintenance activities. This position involves troubleshooting, incident management, change supervision, performance management, service level management, partner management, and knowledge management to ensure optimal network performance and availability. The role requires participation in a 24/7 call rotation to maintain network availability at 100%.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational NOC support by analyzing Level 2 alerts and participating in the 24/7 call rotation for priority cases.
• Execute incident management, performance management, and change management processes.
