Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Site Manager located in Hamilton, New Zealand. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction of our modular builds focusing on cladding installation, hard and soft landscaping and minor interior carpentry works until completion. The Site Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, quality control, managing programme, and liaising with other departments and subcontractors to coordinate labour resource.

Qualifications & Experience
• Previous supervisory and management experience in a Site Managers role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, subcontractor management, and programme management.
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Carpentry, ideally trade qualified.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and procedures.
