EXPERIENCED WAIT STAFF/BARISTA

Servd. is looking for full time staff in both of our restaurant locations in Westport. We are looking for dynamic, motivated and hardworking people to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who can take on a waiting position. Experience is preferred, however we offer training in both positions.

It is important the applicant shows good communication and social skills and a willingness to learn, grow and work as part of a team.

Barista Role:
• To take coffee and drink orders in a hospitable manner
• Ensure a good knowledge of coffee and drink specials on our menu
• Be willing and able to make recommendations
• Enjoy a social environment where guest interaction is priority giving the highest standard of service at all times
• Deal with payments and cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and display high levels of initiative
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists ensuring high standards of hygiene at all times
