Precision Cables are currently recruiting for the role of Commercial Administrator.

Duties Include:

✔ Working in a support role to the Operations Manager

✔ Oversee and Co -ordinate the process of Goods inwards, inventory control and dispatching goods to our customers all with the objective of improving efficiencies by further developing and implementing processes

✔ Along with the Operation Manager - Oversee outstanding sales order processes.

✔ Administer our stock holding and stock locations and work organise and oversee continuous and interim stock takes and counts.

✔ Forecasting stocking requirements, between our two locations to allow for ease and improved customer service.

✔ Monitor and investigate any discrepancies both from customers and between physical & system stock level.

Requirements:

✔ Diligent, innovative, team orientated individual and highly motivated.

✔ Capable PC skills most notably Microsoft Office and Excel
