We are seeking a confident and experienced Warehouse team leader for our client based in Bletchley.

Shift pattern 06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00, rotating on a weekly basis.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties include;
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and reconciliation
• Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods
• Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, optimizing space utilization
• Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
