Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily oversight and leadership to a team of QA Project Managers, ensuring quality deliverables are met for key milestones during tech transfer and process validation.
• Address and resolve issues related to tech transfer, process validation execution, deviations, change controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor team members in Quality principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead the identification, defense, and resolution of Quality issues, weighing risks and implementing compliant solutions.
• Act as a point of escalation for QA staff and customers, providing general direction and support.
• Partner with internal customers for Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs, and Investigations, serving as the Quality Subject Matter Expert.
• Support completion of QA deliverables associated with lot disposition, change controls, and root cause analysis on deviations.
