Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Services Specialist located in Melbourne, VIC. The Information Technology Services Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. They will also be responsible for maintaining the performance of computer systems, installing software and troubleshooting problems, training staff on software and hardware use, and working with the IT team to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
