The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring that allCongress buildings, equipment, furniture, furnishings, and relatedassets are maintained in good working order.

The incumbent must bewilling to do remote work and travel to communities regularly. Thisrole will be required to support out of hours maintenance requestsby participating in the on-call roster.
