Position: Finance & HR Manager

Location: Moo 5, Phlu Ta Luang, Sattahip, Chonburi, 20180

Working Time: Monday Friday 8.30 AM 5.30 PM

Job Descriptions:

1. Finance Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and all accounting and administrative processes within the office, organize, prioritize and completing of tasks effectively
• Managing budgets, maintaining statistical and financial records
• Optimizing and support the financial results set as target by the Management
• Direct involvement for overall operations cost control and tracking
• Maintain the structure of company accounts, including profit and loss.
• Support General Manager in monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Regional Office & HQ
• Responsible for timely and accurate month-end financial reports including profit & loss, AR & AP, aging reports to management
• Prepare audit schedules
• Administer and process expense claim
• Liaise with bankers, lawyers, tax agents, external auditors for... More Detail
