Job Location : Jaffna , Sri Lanka ( WFO )

Experience : 12 to 15 years

Reporting to: Vice President – F&A

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinate with all the verticals of SL team for business plan and execution.
• Coordinate with Chennai Accounting team for accounting and reviews.
• Liaison with Chennai Treasury team for fund allocation and payments.
• Managing Sri Lanka Banking Relationship
• Ensure compliance as per SL Laws & Regulations for all verticals.
• Comply with the BOI approvals.
• Coordination for Statutory Audit.
• Coordination for other compliances including Tax/Secretarial.
• Install basic control mechanism.
• Should have banking knowledge and liaison with banks.
• Capable of setting up a team for BPO operations at a later of time.

QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or Professional Qualifications ( ( CA/ CIMA / ACCA / CMA). Semi Qualified Professional may also be considered.
