About the role

Overview

As a founding engineer, you will be Cogntix’s first hire and will play a critical role in developing the technical products and Cogntix’s long-term vision and strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to build innovative technical solutions from the ground up. The founding engineer will work closely with the founders to design, develop, and deploy these solutions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in Full Stack Development, with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure). Experience with AWS specifically is a plus.
• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue). Experience with React specifically is a plus.
• Experience building and scaling backend systems and infrastructure
• Experience with building, deploying, and maintaining secure cloud-based software tools
