Our client is a large international and multinational cooperation in the industry of locking and access control systems which grew constantly until now and having strategic plan to continue growing in Turkey. Their office is located in Silivri, Istanbul. Currently we are looking for a Junior HR Specialist to join their successful team.

Key responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain employee records efficiently
• Keep the internal database up-to-date and accurate
• Prepare essential HR documents such as employment contracts
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies effectively
• Address and resolve employees' queries promptly
• Remain abreast of labor legislation changes and ensure compliance
• Participate in both recruitment and exit processes
• Generate regular reports and presentations highlighting HR metrics like turnover rates
• Engage in various HR projects to contribute to organizational goals and objectives
