Goodline are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified candidates to join our Kawana Head Office as a Tenders Administrator.

About the role:

Reporting to the Tender Manager, you will be required to liaise closely with the Estimation team, Divisional Managers, and Clients. This position will suit someone who is looking for a challenging, deadline focused, collaborative role.

Key responsibilities:
• Screening scopes of work for potential tenders and managing all incoming and outgoing communication in the tender inbox
• Collating/coordination of returnable tender information such as capability profiles, organisation charts, staff profiles, safety, finance, quality, HR information and statistics and providing updates on deliverable status’
• Liaising with Management and department heads to ensure Goodline delivers a strong tender bid
• Ensure tenders are submitted within designated deadlines, ensuring all tender submissions are scheduled and updated
