Three bedroom 1920s villa, in Nolantown Hawera. I work from home, so one bedroom is set up as an office, which you can use if you wish. You'll have the guest room and a super king bed to sleep on. I have a lot of young ducks I am working on rehoming, and there is a solitary guinea pig. There are a few houseplants that will need minimal care.
