Role Description:

As a Customer Relationship Consultant at our esteemed client, you will be at the forefront of managing all aspects of customer relations, particularly focusing on prospective residents and their families.

Your primary responsibilities include handling leads, conducting tours, nurturing relationships with key organizations, and implementing sales strategies to drive occupancy levels.
