Account Assistant
- Close account must complete per company schedule and on time.
- Accounts Receivable module including process Sales Invoice, Collection payment, Reconciliation & sending customer SOA Statement of Account.
- Accounts Payable module including process AP invoice, AP Payment, Request Supplier SOA Statement of Account & Reconciliation before payment arrangement.
- Payment arrangement per schedule such as monthly rental, utilities, credit card, Term Loan, HP loan, Payroll claim & other ad hoc payments.
- General Ledger module including Journal for stock, depreciation, forex, Inter company, manpower, accrual, prepayment, & others from time to time.
- Assist and prepare the audit schedule.
- Liaise with Bank & handle all the banking related matters.
- Prepared daily cash flow report.
- Handled all the Government Tax process when needed.
- Other tasks assigned by Direct Superior; this includes re-designation per your competency.
