• Responsible for supporting, maintaining and optimizing Infrastructure and systems operations
• Administration of various systems and applications related services, such as file server, e-mail, user account maintenance, server security such as patches or antivirus
• Stay on top of ERP system administations such as security setting, user access, dashboard management, data integration, storage management and all other related
• IT operations including routine backups, network troubleshooting & maintenance, server room equipment, office PC and peripherals maintenance
• Disaster Management; ability to proactively follow up with the IT team members & vendors to ensure a quick resolution to all incidents encountered
• Reporting of budget, cost, usage and inventory for all softwares & hardwares including trends and tracking as well as staying on top of annual renewal for subscription-based items (example: Solidworks, Inventor, Autocad, TeamViewer, etc)
