As a Civil Construction Lead, you will check and coordinate designs for compliance with codes and specifications whilst ensuring CDM (construction design management) has been fully considered (buildability). You will also track and report upstream regarding the design stage progress from basic engineering through to IFC.

In your first week in this contract Civil Construction Lead role, you can expect to:
• Stand over the materials and equipment delivery management to ensure preinspections, logistics, lift and shift, installation and construction proceed with the minimum of damages and errors
• Monitor construction standards, attend the requisite inspections, and sign off accordingly.
