Production Manager – Textile Company – NE of Romania

Ideal profile:
• Bachelor/Master in Textile engineering or equivalent by experience;
• Minimum 5 years in a Production Management Function;
• Fluent in English and /or French;
• In-depth knowledge of textile processes and production optimization and organizational setup.

Responsibilities:
• Plan the production activity in the manufacturing modules according to the established production plan;
• Ensures the technical, material and organizational conditions necessary for an optimal workflow;
• Organizes and coordinates the introduction of new products into manufacturing;
• Coordinates and ensures the rhythmic and continuous development of the production process;
• Collaborates with the quality management representative to submit to the quality management program for production;
