Job Title: Talent Acquisition Account Manager

Based: Hertfordshire

Permanent, Full Time, 36 hours per week

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Account Manager for our client in Hertfordshire. If you are a proactive internal or external recruitment/talent specialist, this is the role for you.

You will;
• Own the entire end to end permanent recruitment lifecycle
• Provide strategic sourcing in candidate driven markets
• Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates and stakeholders
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
