The role:

Recruit, coach, motivate and lead a small team of sales consultants to achieve their KPI's. Leading by example and contributing towards the overall sales target for the club. (circa 30%) Create sales plans and deliver outreach activity in the local community and to local businesses to generate new leads. Work with other departments to develop an in-reach strategy such as promotions and events to increase membership sales.
