Our RACV Retail Outlet based in Sale, VIC prides itself on providing exceptional service to our community and we are looking for a customer service specialist to join our team.

You will be front line in assisting new or existing RACV members who visit our store, with all enquiries from purchasing Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance products to even Travel Insurance and Attraction tickets! As part of this exciting blended role, you will also be assisting our Memberline Contact Centre with inbound home & motor insurance calls.

Commencing on Monday, 15th April 2024.

We are offering a permanent full time opportunity, 38 hours per week, working on a 6 week cycle fixed roster. No Weekend or Public Holiday Work!
• Provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, through meaningful and personalised conversations
