About the opportunity As our Retail Customer Service Officer, you'll play an important part in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience. Every year around one million customers walk into one of our Australia Post Offices. It's our retail teams who make sure that every experience they have is a great one.
