We are looking for a Manager, Controls Engineering, B&P, SMM BU, to, becoming a key member of our growing organization.

In this position, you will work with our most important customers in the Pulp & Paper industry. You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Engineers in a long term. You will work in close co-operation with our sales managers, project managers as well as our product specialists. Your office location will be in Jelenia Gora, Poland.
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and direct engineering projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Liaise with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss engineering specifications and procedures.
• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of engineering requirements and manage the workflow of the engineering department and subcontractors.
