Customer Care Agent

We are recruiting for Customer Care Agents to work on one of our campaigns providing inbound customer service on behalf of our client.

We offer these roles on a full time, permanent basis. This is an exciting role where you are encouraged to use your own initiative to try new and varied approaches.

This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours variable Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm and Saturday between 9am to 5:30pm.

This position is based in our office in Dundalk, Co.Louth.

About you:
• You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers over the phone
• You are an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive individual, with a proven track record of sales ability and customer service
• You have experience working in a telesales environment (Desired but full training will be provided)
