We are looking for an office based Regional Coordinator who will carry out the planning for a team of door and loading bay engineers.

The job involves direct customer contact as well as the use and update of customer portals to keep the client team up to date on job progress.

The day to day management of engineer priorities in a fast moving environment which changes as we deal with customer needs.

The successful candidate needs to be able to cope with changing demands daily, adaptable and flexible, with great organisational skills.

a good commitment to delivering excellent customer service both internally and externally.

FBSH works with a number of blue chip clients who expect great service and we have a number of key account staff who are the main point of contact for them and work hard to achieve our SLA’s on their behalf.
