PART TIME FUNCTION BAR STAFF

£7.75 - £10.45 PER HOUR

What Your Role Will Involve

Please note you must be over 18 to apply as the role will require you to sell alcohol
• * Serve customers in a timely and courteous manner, showing good manners in all situations and personalising interactions by remembering details when possible.
• * Always make yourself available to customers – nothing is too much trouble.
• * Acknowledge customers entering the bar/lounge with a warm welcoming approach.
• * Ensure tables are kept clear of glassware and crockery cleaned during the course of a shift and fridges/bar supplies are properly stocked at the start, during and at the end of a shift.
• * Carry out all requests as business need dictates, by a member of the management team.
• * Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
