Qualifications & Experience
• A valid forklift license preferred but not mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office or equivalent computer skills
• Must be fit for work and capable of maintaining their general duties in the stores
• Must be committed to safe work methods and focused on job safety
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, without direct supervision
• Exceptional Customer Service skills and a desire to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Processing Customer Orders (includes supporting the Inventory Controller on International Orders)
• Processing Internal Orders for Workshop and Engineering
• Updating & Maintaining the Production Board
• Receiving & Verifying Incoming Deliveries
• Maintain stock locations in SAGE & manage stock transfers between departments
• Assist with Cyclic Stocktakes (Routine Stock Counts)
