Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Lekki. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing reception and front desk activities, including welcoming guests, managing phone calls and emails, coordinating meetings and appointments, and creating a positive and professional client experience.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or hospitality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, More Detail
