Job Description

As an HRBP Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals within country level that aligns with global strategy
• Drive talent management function including recruitment, development, and retention of top talents within the organization
• Foster a strong relationship with stakeholders both internal and external of the organization
• Collaborate with regional and global HR team to initiate HR agenda to be implemented on a local level
• Develop and build strong policies to support the organization's growth and activities to ensure compliance in all level of the organization
