They are looking for a Finance Controller to take the reins in overseeing their Luxembourg operations. In this standalone position, you will work autonomously while collaborating closely with their London-based team and reporting directly to the CFO.

Finance Controller – Private Equity

Your areas of responsibility:

Input into and review the quarterly fund reporting prepared by the Luxembourg-based external fund administrator for 4+ private equity funds and co-investment vehicles, ensuring accuracy, quality and timeliness of reporting.
Oversee the year-end audit process for private equity funds.
Calculate and process drawdowns and distributions for the private equity funds / vehicles.
Review Luxembourg tax returns and VAT returns for the private equity funds / vehicles.
