Accounting SpecialistYour responsibilitiesaccurately coding expenses to the appropriate GL accounts,updating and maintaining the prepayment excel file,ensuring timely reconciliation of accruals and prepayments each month,preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts monthly, addressing discrepancies,conducting monthly reconciliation of bank accounts,assisting in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing monthly financial close reconciliation files,contributing to year-end schedules for the annual audit and tax returns,preparing annual files for contractors and vendors for 1099 reporting,managing timesheet reporting and month-end close in the OpenAir Project Management software,participating in special projects and providing assistance in other areas as required.Our requirementspossession of a Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in accounting,a minimum of 4 years’ experience in General Ledger (GL) accounting,strong and comprehensive knowledge of Generally...
