For this summer season we are looking for people to support rental operations for our Kayakcenter.

As a Kayak Rental Supporter, you will play an integral role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish. The main focus of your work will be to handle daily rental operations, including greeting customers, managing bookings in our system, providing safety and area briefings and preparing kayaking gear. To keep things interesting, you’ll also provide support to our tour guides on the water when we have large groups, acting as a support guide.

Responsibilities:
• Be able to work with our booking system on tablet or computer and hand out equipment accordingly to the booking
• Meet and greet customers, providing safety and area briefings for daily rentals
• Become familiar with and know how to operate all gear that we rent
• Check and maintain equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
