Newpark Hotel is recruiting for an Accommodation & Laundry Assistant to join our award winning Accommodation team. They will be responsible for maintaining standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness in their assigned areas i.e. front lobby/corridors/public areas/bedrooms/laundry and for reporting any maintenance items/special guest requests to the Accommodation Supervisor/Accommodation Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
• To keep ceilings, walls, skirting, door ledges, windows, picture frames, furniture, mirrors, hand rails free from dirt, dust, cobwebs and graffiti.
• To keep carpet stainfree and thoroughly hovered.
• To ensure all shades, bulbs, and fittings are properly functioning and free from dust.
• To ensure all wastepaper and ash bins are emptied, washed and polished regularly.
