We are looking to recruit a full time Property Manager to join our busy Edinburgh and Aberdeen Offices. The role involves managing a portfolio of residential developments with key duties including:
• Managing all repairs and maintenance to common property
• Contractor selection and monitoring
• Financial planning
• Corresponding with Owners' Associations / Owners via phone, email & letter
• Carrying out property visits
• Holding meetings with owners

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with property management experience but candidates with experience in surveying, facilities management or housing will also be considered. The role requires strong technical, planning, problem solving and communication skills. Good IT skills and a full driving licence are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to further develop their career in property management leading to IRPM accreditation.
