A well-established law firm with offices in North Cambridge are looking for a Trusts, Probate and Wills Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their private client division on a permanent basis.

Key Duties will include:
• Probate matters.
• Lasting Power of Attorney and Court of Protection Deputyships
• Drafting Wills.
• Managing Trusts.
• Estate planning.

The Successful Candidate will have:
• Experience managing caseloads from initial instruction to completion.
• At least two year’s experience in Wills and Probates.
• Educated to Bachelors of Law Degree.
• Attentive to detail and efficient.
• Focused client care capabilities.
