Our client is an independent, Estate Agency based in Cambridgeshire. Due to continued success, they are looking to expand their team and appoint an experienced Property Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

Specific responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high occupancy levels at all times.
• Create quality adverts to attract prospective tenants.
• Respond to incoming enquiries in a timely fashion.
• Arrange and attend viewings.
• Confirm new tenants and maintain ongoing relations.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance queries.
• Assist with the continued growth of the business.
• Any other relevant duties as required.

Minimum requirements
• Relevant experience within the property industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Competent in the use of IT including email, internet and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
