What will you be doing?

Day-to-day responsibilities of a Team Manager in Children in Care include:
• Supervision and development of practitioners, identifying areas of strengths and areas to improve and implement appropriate plans to achieve this, and reviewing Care Plans, Pathway Plans and Assessments
• Attending, facilitating and chairing meetings
• Producing reports for Senior Management
• Safeguarding and ensuring risk assessments and safety plans up to date
• Progressing plans of reunification, adoptions and long term matches
• Transition plans to adulthood
• Working with colleagues both internally and externally
