About the Opportunity

The Reporting & Insights Analyst operates within the Service Management team and will report across the whole team. Responsible for generating and uplifting the reporting capability of multiple services including service availability, incident, change & service level agreements. The purpose of this role is to produce meaningful data & analysis to our Service Owners and Stakeholders.
