About The Oppotunity
Liebherr Mining NSW are seeking Interest from suitably experienced candidates for the role of Product Support Advisor based at Glencore’s Mangoola Mine site in the Hunter Valley NSW.
Reporting through to the Customer Support Manager, the role is responsible for providing field and technical support to the customer, assist with machine reliability / availability, parts & warranty & managing client requirements relevant to equipment support for the Liebherr Excavators on site.
Extensive experience with Liebherr excavators as well as sound diagnostic skills desirable.
Skills & Duties
• Electrical/Mechanical diagnosis and repairing of faults on all site machines (Mechanical and Hydraulic fault finding also required) (R996, R9600, R9800)
• Assist with required major and minor services to site machines including shutdowns as directed
• Management of warranty jobs and assisting with site claim submissions
• Complete machine health assessments and appropriate reporting
